  1. At the moment with a mix of eR and papaer Rx i twould be good to have the ability to have the basket ID print the way we have configured our Fred Rx In terminal to print a "docket" when the patient is selected. Additionally, the numbe of items in the basket.
There will be some time before we are solely using a virtual queue, so perhaps a printed docket for an eRx would integrate into current practices well, too. In that circumstance scaning the prited docket might push the basket from the queue to the terminal for dispensing. If…

Hi Eddie, this feature is already in our backlog. We will keep you updated on the progress of this

  2. Some patients drop off scripts that they've owed us from previous dispensings. Can we have a way to flag these scripts as an Owing Mark off in Flow so we know the patient is not requesting another supply

  3. In the Paperless portal, easily find privately dispensed scripts by using the script number as it has no claim/serial number.

Currently, the only way we can find them is to figure out exactly what date they were scanned, which also proves to be a difficult task.

being able to search by script number would be an entirely better system as every single script, regardless of category, will be assigned a number. This is a system that is already employed by your competitors like ScriptArc from Corum.

  4. Repeat token should have when is the next repeat due to save us time putting it in and then discovering it's too soon.

  5. If a basket is created with multiple items but for example one drug is OOS it would be great to be able to seperate that item(s) so that one basket can be colected now but the other can be colected tomorow when the stock comes in.

  6. The ability to merge baskets.

For instance a patient brings in more prescriptions after seeing a doctor, or if husband and wife drop in medications seperately but they will all be collected together.

Hi, we will implement functionality to allow you to add prescriptions to an existing basket

  7. Would be great to hear an audible sound each time the scan is successful.

  8. We need to be able to integrate Medview Flow with Quantum MPS dispensing for batch claiming DAA scripts. Currently we cannot defer in new escripts so there is no way for Quantum to pick them up for us to dispense when due.
Also MPS can't tell us if Quantum is going to be able to pick up repeat escripts when they are due to be redispensed.

  9. Where there are multiple prescriptions for a patient, it would be great if subsequent prescriptions could be transferred to FRED by hitting 'enter' at the edit script screen. ie - the same way that scripts get loaded when using an eRx barcode on the bottom of printed prescriptions. Cheers

  10. Locking the MedView Flow login for 30 minutes after 5 attempts is problematic. If a patient comes in with an eScript, but we can't even enter it into the system for an additional 30 minutes a big problem is created.

Could some other warning or alert be issued instead?

Hi Michael, this is a security function and we’re currently working on improving this. Thanks for the feedback

  11. An integration with Fred's POS would be useful so that we don't have to manually mark the basket as collected once it's been sold

  12. Patients always ask if they need any scripts. It would be fantastic if we could print out all of the scripts listed in the MySl for a patient and then they could take that to their doctor to discuss future scripts required.

  13. Allow us to press Escape or click away from the image, to exit the image of the script in medview flow

It's faster than having to click the X in the top right

  14. A new feature that we're looking to release in future is configurable camera options for a tablet. The configurable options we are looking to implement include:
    - Ability to switch between front/back camera
    - Default camera settings
    - Ability to switch the camera on/off
We're looking for any other feedback around this and welcome any new suggestions below

Thank you to all that voted. This idea is now in our backlog for a future update

  15. Once a basket is added to the 'In' queue, you cannot add another script without creating a whole new basket. It would be good to add an edit function for the situation where a patient wants additional scripts after the pharmacy has saved the basket.

  16. When dispensing a script that has an entered repeat interval the interval isn't appearing on the virtual script image despite being on the script information in Medview. As dispensing and checking is done off the virtual script image it would be handy to have this interval appear on the virtual image

Thanks for your idea, this is already in our backlog to update the virtual image for all information that currently appears in the data structure.

  17. Can we have a configurable option to automate baskets moving from Queue to Out when all scripts in the basket have been dispensed. We don't really use Checking

  18. A way to check the eScript inside fred dispense that will automatically update on the website. The dispense flow can be inefficient changing back and forth between the dispense window and medview on different computers. Or the ability to have medview as an overlay in fed dispense so you can click and take you right there instead of going through all browser windows

    Hi

We have a feature called FinalCheck that is only available in Fred NXT Dispense which shows the ePrescription details and records that the final check has been carried out by a Pharmacist. In the future this will also mark an ePrescription as checked in MedView Flow. Please see http://webhelp.fred.com.au/nxt/Dispense/final-check.htm

Great idea Diane, we have reviewed this idea and have added it to the backlog

  20. For delivery customers, it would be great for an optional confirmation message to be sent back to the patient so that they know when the delivery will be coming. Rather than individually contacting each delivery patient.
