Expired eRxs should not be able to be scanned in.
Expired eRxs should not be able to be scanned in similar to when a script has already been dispensed, a pop up appears to say that it cannot be used. An expired script should not go past the "scan in" section for a patient to be told later on at pickup that they cannot have the script filled.

Ability to search by script number in Paperless for private script
In the Paperless portal, easily find privately dispensed scripts by using the script number as it has no claim/serial number.
Currently, the only way we can find them is to figure out exactly what date they were scanned, which also proves to be a difficult task.
being able to search by script number would be an entirely better system as every single script, regardless of category, will be assigned a number. This is a system that is already employed by your competitors like ScriptArc from Corum.

Mark a "missing" MedView paperless script as cancelled instead of missing
MedView paperless has a report of 'missing' scripts. Please allow an option to mark the 'missing' serial as 'cancelled'.
Have the 'cancelled/excluded' claims report integrate into Paperless to know which scripts are truly 'missing' in the claim

Check For Dispensed Rx in Queue
Can we Please have a Recheck Tokens function in the Queue. Regularly the auto mark as dispensed and move basket to Checking stops working then you end up with dozens of items in the Queue that have already been Dispensed.
Once the Tokens are rechecked any that have already been used should be flagged and given the options to Remove or move to the Checking Area.4 votesThank you for your feedback. We are looking into the issue where the baskets are not auto-marked as Dispensed and address the root cause. Once that is done, we can review if this functionality is still required.

See number of supplies left when scanning a token
I would like to see how many supplies are left for the token so I do not have to worry about asking how the patient would like to have the repeat returned to them if there are nil repeats.

An obvious way to resend mySL permission requests
I have had a few patients delete the request for permissions to register with the pharmacy for mySL from their phone for whatever reason. A lot aren't great at using their phones and can be quite technophobic. I've had one accidently delete the request right in front of me. Watching me then struggle to try to fix their problem only adds to their anxiety about online prescriptions. The oldies can get grumpy. I have seen someone resend the request for permissions but it's not obvious to me. The way to send the request is replaced by an 'Update Details' button…

Being able to enter mobile or email address for repeats
Is it possible to get MedView Flow to include a field where the patient either enters their mobile or email address for repeats? Ideally if there are repeats patients shouldn't be able to submit their scripts until selecting their preference

MySl printout for patients of scripts left in MySl
Patients always ask if they need any scripts. It would be fantastic if we could print out all of the scripts listed in the MySl for a patient and then they could take that to their doctor to discuss future scripts required.

List display format and "Batch" selection of multiple baskets.
Is it possible to select multiple baskets within a list for dragging to another list [eg from Checking to Out]? When we dispense a "batch" of scripts for Dose Admin Aid preparation [best done alphabetically], we end up with multiple baskets in the Checking queue that have to be individually dragged to the Out queue and then the Out list checked to "clear" them as Done. Would it be easier if the list could be displayed more like a spreadsheet [each basket in a row - down the screen] and allow multiple [ctrl-click?] selection for moving to another column? A…
