  1. MedView paperless has a report of 'missing' scripts. Please allow an option to mark the 'missing' serial as 'cancelled'.

    Have the 'cancelled/excluded' claims report integrate into Paperless to know which scripts are truly 'missing' in the claim

  6. I have had a few patients delete the request for permissions to register with the pharmacy for mySL from their phone for whatever reason. A lot aren't great at using their phones and can be quite technophobic. I've had one accidently delete the request right in front of me. Watching me then struggle to try to fix their problem only adds to their anxiety about online prescriptions. The oldies can get grumpy. I have seen someone resend the request for permissions but it's not obvious to me. The way to send the request is replaced by an 'Update Details' button…

  7. Is it possible to get MedView Flow to include a field where the patient either enters their mobile or email address for repeats? Ideally if there are repeats patients shouldn't be able to submit their scripts until selecting their preference

  8. Is there a lag for items showing up with the What's app bot for patients to order? We are currently trialing this with staff and scripts showing in MySL are not all showing in the What's App chat.

  9. We have trouble when one of our repeat dispensed previously that lost in cloud which FRED unable to locate. Currently there is no option but to cancel the dispensed script and re-dispense. But this is causing problem in terms of dispensing record and SafetyNet. We need better alternative option.

  10. Basket ID should be automatically generated based on chronology like hospitality POS queuing (example below).

    10.30am - Basket ID 1
    10.32am - Basket ID 2
    11.00am - Basket ID 3

    I don't see any pharmacy-specific reason to manually enter a basket ID unless individual pharmacy's policy dictates this.

  11. The links (HOME, IN, OUT, QUEUE etc) would be less tiresome to seek and click if they were buttons instead of plain text links. Ideally best practice like the Hover state buttons in Fred Dispense.

  12. Patients always ask if they need any scripts. It would be fantastic if we could print out all of the scripts listed in the MySl for a patient and then they could take that to their doctor to discuss future scripts required.

  13. etoken with repeats when integrated to medadvisor. If repeat it goes to medadvisor however fred dispense requires print or sms reqardless. Unnecessary print

    Fred Dispense is following the conformance requirements from the government. Which requires repeats be returned to the customer either as a SMS, Email or printed token. We’re unaware of any alternative workflow, can you please provide more information about this

    The owner’s details are not legally required to be part of the electronic prescription message and therefore the owner’s details are not part of the electronic prescription image in Flow. Is there any reason you’re requesting the owner’s details here?

  15. All newer scripts waiting to be collected are at the top of the list and the older ones drop down .
    With increasing number of eRxs most people are waiting. It is easier to find ( the search box is excellent too)

    Hi during user feedback, the current design was the most accepted but we’re happy to review this when there are more votes or feedback

  16. Customer to confirm they have received the prescription - some customers may receive their prescription but then return stating they haven't received it (whether due to dementia or being dodgy) - to have proof that we have supplied and the customer has left with the script would be helpful .....

  17. Is it possible (or should we already be able) to get Medview Flow to recognise a QR code from a phone that is in dark mode. We have one customer with his phone in dark mode and neither our scanner or laptop camera will recognise his QR codes. They work perfectly when typed in and customer is not willing to change out of dark mode.

  18. Add Paperless QR code to the sticker that you stick to patient/pharmacist copy for DDA's so you can scan DDA's copies as well. This will allow for the script to be easily looked for if you get asked by the Drugs of Dependance Unit for a pharmacist/patient copy of the prescription.

  19. Repeat token should have when is the next repeat due to save us time putting it in and then discovering it's too soon.

  20. Done scripts not showing information included in claim labels (rx number, claim number, claim period, who dispensed it etc. )

    would be great if we can locate the dispensing record based on script number like we do on Fred dispense. At the moment we can only locate script dispense record based on date, basket number and name.
