    Confirmation that the script has been sent to the Pharmacy after submitting via MedView Patient Connect

    • Provide the patient with the pharmacy's name and contact details. This could be done via the email.

    Issue

    After sending the script via MedView Patient Connect to the pharmacy, there is no confirmation for the patient where the script was sent. This will help the patient to check where their script got sent.

  2. Any chance that when we get a message via Medview Flow Chat that the computer can notify us via a sound - preferably something that's custom so it doesn't get lost in all the Error sound from FRED, or the Chimes from Medadvisor.

    I know we get an email that a chat has started and that a red notification appears above the CHAT link in Medadvisor but the option of having a sound would be great.

  3. Ability to set delivery radius for orders placed through Medview patient connect so that patients don't have an unrealistic expectation of getting items delivered if they live outside of the specified radius.

  4. Additional feature on MedView Flow to make deliveries stand out more. Currently can only see basket is due for delivery using the "truck" icon, would like this icon to be bigger or stand out more so it does not get missed.

  5. Currently you can either opt-in or opt-out for Deliveries.
    However we would like the ability to set specific days of delivery:
    For example
    Yes Deliveries Monday to Thursdays
    No Deliveries Friday, Saturday Or Sunday

  6. Ability for patients to have a record/ be able to obtain the location of the pharmacy that dispensed their ePrescription after submitting their order via MedView Patient Connect.

  7. Can the pharmacists get an option to notify the customers via text or email, that gives the customers the status of their escript/s that they queue in via MPC.

    Thank you for your idea. We are seeking user feedback for this feature and would be interested to see the preference for the means of messaging ie, emails, messages or other.

  8. You should enable your pharmacies to set delivery timeframes so patient's don't have unrealistic expectations. We had a delivery request for 9am!

  9. Until escripts become the dominant type of prescription is it possible to get a pop up notice when a script request is sent via Patient Connect similar to Medadvisor and GuildLink?

  10. In MedView Flow we have the store setting as "no delivery" which is great. In MedView Patient Connect it comes up with a big red message about the fact I don't offer delivery, which doesn't look great for the Pharmacy. Request to hide/remove please.
