Notify customers via text or email
Can the pharmacists get an option to notify the customers via text or email, that gives the customers the status of their escript/s that they queue in via MPC.
Thank you for your idea. We are seeking user feedback for this feature and would be interested to see the preference for the means of messaging ie, emails, messages or other.

Ability to "Acknowledge" a basket that is submitted directly from a patient to a pharmacy via a third party app, eg: WhatsApp, SMS, or Patient Connect.
This way the patient is aware that the order has been "acknowledged" and is not lost/sitting in the queue and will be prepared for them for delivery/pick up to help with patient expectations.
