Any chance that when we get a message via Medview Flow Chat that the computer can notify us via a sound - preferably something that's custom so it doesn't get lost in all the Error sound from FRED, or the Chimes from Medadvisor.

I know we get an email that a chat has started and that a red notification appears above the CHAT link in Medadvisor but the option of having a sound would be great.
