  2. In the DONE section of MedView Flow, it would be beneficial to be able to see the SCID of the scripts in the baskets.

    Hi
Fred Dispense is following the conformance requirements from the government. Which requires repeats be returned to the customer either as a SMS, Email or printed token. We’re unaware of any alternative workflow, can you please provide more information about this

  4. All newer scripts waiting to be collected are at the top of the list and the older ones drop down .
With increasing number of eRxs most people are waiting. It is easier to find ( the search box is excellent too)

Hi during user feedback, the current design was the most accepted but we’re happy to review this when there are more votes or feedback

  5. Customer to confirm they have received the prescription - some customers may receive their prescription but then return stating they haven't received it (whether due to dementia or being dodgy) - to have proof that we have supplied and the customer has left with the script would be helpful .....

Hi Kathryn, thanks for your idea. We’d be interested in getting more feedback around this

  6. Currently we cant confirm patient has received repeat. In fact had an instance that it didnt work and we didnt know. A notification icon that patient has received would be very useful.

Thank you for your feedback, there are a number of complexities involved around this scenario but we’re looking into options for this

  7. Can POS providers integrate the l "OUT" with till sales function into their POS to reduce this extra step? Seems like alot of work once eScript becomes popular.

Hi Thanh, this is on the roadmap and MedView Flow has the ability to do this for all POS providers. Fred will make this available for it’s POS. For other POS vendors we recommend that you contact them regarding this integration

  8. Done scripts not showing information included in claim labels (rx number, claim number, claim period, who dispensed it etc. )

would be great if we can locate the dispensing record based on script number like we do on Fred dispense. At the moment we can only locate script dispense record based on date, basket number and name.

Thank you for your idea. This is not currently in our roadmap but we’re happy to take more feedback on this as we continue to develop the product

  9. OUT column to be used as a final check before pharmacist hands scripts to patients. Would like to see the complete script details on the virtual images when in OUT as well as what brand has been dispensed. This is so that if the pharmacist who hands out the medication is different to the pharmacist who dispensed it and did the initial check, they will have full visibility of all script details and be able to pick up dispensing mistakes.

Thanks Tony, currently, the workflow for checking which brands was dispensed is done in the Dispense product. But we’re happy for any further feedback on this workflow

  10. We have all our baskets numbered with shelving to match for pick up but would like to be able to move them into drawers for storage if they aren't picked up within a certain timeframe. Would like to be able to then edit the basket number to signify the item is now in a drawer rather than on the pick up shelf.

Great idea Diane, we have reviewed this idea and have added it to the backlog

  12. For delivery customers, it would be great for an optional confirmation message to be sent back to the patient so that they know when the delivery will be coming. Rather than individually contacting each delivery patient.

Hi Diane, great idea. Patient notifications is an upcoming feature that we will be implementing

  13. Can we enable editing of notes or adding new notes in OUT?

Example of where this could be useful: Full supply is not available for patient and therefore partial supply is collected first. If we were able to edit notes in OUT this information could be recorded and will be seen when the patient presents back in the pharmacy to collect the rest of the supply.
