Ability to see eScript SCID within DONE Section
In the DONE section of MedView Flow, it would be beneficial to be able to see the SCID of the scripts in the baskets.

Check For Dispensed Rx in Queue
Can we Please have a Recheck Tokens function in the Queue. Regularly the auto mark as dispensed and move basket to Checking stops working then you end up with dozens of items in the Queue that have already been Dispensed.
Once the Tokens are rechecked any that have already been used should be flagged and given the options to Remove or move to the Checking Area.4 votesThank you for your feedback. Prevent Deceased patients showing up on Medview Flow

Improve the User Interface when using an IPAD for the notes Section

List display format and "Batch" selection of multiple baskets.
Is it possible to select multiple baskets within a list for dragging to another list [eg from Checking to Out]? When we dispense a "batch" of scripts for Dose Admin Aid preparation [best done alphabetically], we end up with multiple baskets in the Checking queue that have to be individually dragged to the Out queue and then the Out list checked to "clear" them as Done. Would it be easier if the list could be displayed more like a spreadsheet [each basket in a row - down the screen] and allow multiple [ctrl-click?] selection for moving to another column? A…

Ability to bypass FLOW post-dispense processes for specifc groups of patients.
We are finding that eScripts we dispense for our Dose Admin Aid patients [community and ACF] are "clogging up" the Checking and, subsequently, Out columns of FLOW. These scripts do not get handled by Front-of-shop staff. The post-dispense checking processes occurs through the packing system by packing staff and packing program. Could a system be implemented within FRED-FLOW integration such that scripts dispensed for patients flagged as being in specific N.Home/Hosp bypass FLOW's post-dispensing Checking and Out processing? Improve "IN" button size
Can the clickable button area be increased in the both the top (blue) menu and the 'home' section? Just a minor tweak, but the amount of times I've mis-clicked the "IN" button is becoming a little annoying.

Confirmation patient has received repeat token.
Currently we cant confirm patient has received repeat. In fact had an instance that it didnt work and we didnt know. A notification icon that patient has received would be very useful.

Search function that works across all status'
On the Home page, have a search function that will extend across all steps of the flow.
If I want to find where in Medview Flow a customers script is up to, I need to go to Queue, Checking, Out, & Done and search within each step individually until I find a match.
Would be good to have an area to type in a name or basket number and automatically find it across all states.

Automate transition to "OUT"
Given the practice of scanning label to box, this action should push the Rx from checking to out. It might also offer a way to indicate not all items in the basket are checked. I know it migh need some thought as Flow works on a basket concept over individual Rx, but it has implications fo part supply or items owed to customers.

It sounds like what you’re asking for is a link between the checking processes in Dispense and Flow. This is complex with many different scenarios so we’ll need to do further analysis on this -
Allow delivery time to be typed in rather than use up and down arrows
Would be easier to type in delivery time rather than having to use the up and down arrows only.
