Mark a "missing" MedView paperless script as cancelled instead of missing
MedView paperless has a report of 'missing' scripts. Please allow an option to mark the 'missing' serial as 'cancelled'.
Have the 'cancelled/excluded' claims report integrate into Paperless to know which scripts are truly 'missing' in the claim

Ability to search by script number in Paperless for private script
In the Paperless portal, easily find privately dispensed scripts by using the script number as it has no claim/serial number.
Currently, the only way we can find them is to figure out exactly what date they were scanned, which also proves to be a difficult task.
being able to search by script number would be an entirely better system as every single script, regardless of category, will be assigned a number. This is a system that is already employed by your competitors like ScriptArc from Corum.

What's App ordering
Is there a lag for items showing up with the What's app bot for patients to order? We are currently trialing this with staff and scripts showing in MySL are not all showing in the What's App chat.

Ability to bypass FLOW post-dispense processes for specifc groups of patients.
We are finding that eScripts we dispense for our Dose Admin Aid patients [community and ACF] are "clogging up" the Checking and, subsequently, Out columns of FLOW. These scripts do not get handled by Front-of-shop staff. The post-dispense checking processes occurs through the packing system by packing staff and packing program. Could a system be implemented within FRED-FLOW integration such that scripts dispensed for patients flagged as being in specific N.Home/Hosp bypass FLOW's post-dispensing Checking and Out processing? This would make the lists shorter and easier to navigate and avoid tasking a team member with having to go through the…

owner details
Please put the owner's details on the prescription image not the last dispensing pharmacist.
1 voteHi
The owner’s details are not legally required to be part of the electronic prescription message and therefore the owner’s details are not part of the electronic prescription image in Flow. Is there any reason you’re requesting the owner’s details here? -

Add Paperless QR code to the sticker that you stick to patient/pharmacist copy for DDA's so you can scan DDA's copies as well. This will allow for the script to be easily looked for if you get asked by the Drugs of Dependance Unit for a pharmacist/patient copy of the prescription.

Integrate MedView Flow with Quantum for batch claiming MPS sachet scripts
We need to be able to integrate Medview Flow with Quantum MPS dispensing for batch claiming DAA scripts. Currently we cannot defer in new escripts so there is no way for Quantum to pick them up for us to dispense when due.
Also MPS can't tell us if Quantum is going to be able to pick up repeat escripts when they are due to be redispensed.12 votesHi Robyn, this is in our backlog and we’re currently engaged and working with vendors in this space. In the short term, onboarding your community packing patients into ASL will help streamline this process. Please see our ePrescriptions FAQs for more details: https://www.fred.com.au/what-we-do/eprescriptions/eprescription-webinar-questions/

next script queues automatically once first script is completed
Where there are multiple prescriptions for a patient, it would be great if subsequent prescriptions could be transferred to FRED by hitting 'enter' at the edit script screen. ie - the same way that scripts get loaded when using an eRx barcode on the bottom of printed prescriptions. Cheers

Allow us to press Escape to exit the image of the script in medview flow
Allow us to press Escape or click away from the image, to exit the image of the script in medview flow
It's faster than having to click the X in the top right

keyboard shortcuts
eg. when you press "enter" after creating a basket number it would be good if that did the same thing as clicking "confirm", rather than just taking you out of the screen (and cancelling the change to the basket number).

Integrate with Fred POS
An integration with Fred's POS would be useful so that we don't have to manually mark the basket as collected once it's been sold
