I have had a few patients delete the request for permissions to register with the pharmacy for mySL from their phone for whatever reason. A lot aren't great at using their phones and can be quite technophobic. I've had one accidently delete the request right in front of me. Watching me then struggle to try to fix their problem only adds to their anxiety about online prescriptions. The oldies can get grumpy. I have seen someone resend the request for permissions but it's not obvious to me. The way to send the request is replaced by an 'Update Details' button from memory. I need a foolproof way to do this because under a big workload and time pressure I am a fool at times. Thanks
