MySl and paper scripts - a way for paper scripts to be marked as required
When a patient has both e-scripts and paper scripts, medview flow should enable the assistants to indicate what paper scripts are also required. Currently we can only mark the e-scripts as required and the notes function does not appear in the FRED window, so the staff are resorting to writing down what other paper scripts are required.

check
A way to check the eScript inside fred dispense that will automatically update on the website. The dispense flow can be inefficient changing back and forth between the dispense window and medview on different computers. Or the ability to have medview as an overlay in fed dispense so you can click and take you right there instead of going through all browser windows
6 votesHi
We have a feature called FinalCheck that is only available in Fred NXT Dispense which shows the ePrescription details and records that the final check has been carried out by a Pharmacist. In the future this will also mark an ePrescription as checked in MedView Flow. Please see http://webhelp.fred.com.au/nxt/Dispense/final-check.htm

Buttons instead of links in Medview
The links (HOME, IN, OUT, QUEUE etc) would be less tiresome to seek and click if they were buttons instead of plain text links. Ideally best practice like the Hover state buttons in Fred Dispense.
2 votesHi Ash thank you for your feedback
We’re continuously seeking feedback around the user experience and accessibility in MedView Flow. We’ll take your suggestion into consideration for future design updates

pinting dockets
At the moment with a mix of eR and papaer Rx i twould be good to have the ability to have the basket ID print the way we have configured our Fred Rx In terminal to print a "docket" when the patient is selected. Additionally, the numbe of items in the basket.
There will be some time before we are solely using a virtual queue, so perhaps a printed docket for an eRx would integrate into current practices well, too. In that circumstance scaning the prited docket might push the basket from the queue to the terminal for dispensing. If…20 votesHi Eddie, this feature is already in our backlog. Integrate MedView Flow with Quantum for batch claiming MPS sachet scripts
We need to be able to integrate Medview Flow with Quantum MPS dispensing for batch claiming DAA scripts. Currently we cannot defer in new escripts so there is no way for Quantum to pick them up for us to dispense when due.
Also MPS can't tell us if Quantum is going to be able to pick up repeat escripts when they are due to be redispensed.12 votesHi Robyn, this is in our backlog and we’re currently engaged and working with vendors in this space. In the short term, onboarding your community packing patients into ASL will help streamline this process. Please see our ePrescriptions FAQs for more details: https://www.fred.com.au/what-we-do/eprescriptions/eprescription-webinar-questions/

Locking the Medview flow login
Locking the MedView Flow login for 30 minutes after 5 attempts is problematic. If a patient comes in with an eScript, but we can't even enter it into the system for an additional 30 minutes a big problem is created.
Could some other warning or alert be issued instead?
12 votesHi Michael, this is a security function and we’re currently working on improving this. Thanks for the feedback

Improve "IN" button size
Can the clickable button area be increased in the both the top (blue) menu and the 'home' section? Just a minor tweak, but the amount of times I've mis-clicked the "IN" button is becoming a little annoying.
Perhaps "HOME", "IN" etc could all be the same clickable size2 votesHi thank you for your feedback, we’ll review the design

next script queues automatically once first script is completed
Where there are multiple prescriptions for a patient, it would be great if subsequent prescriptions could be transferred to FRED by hitting 'enter' at the edit script screen. ie - the same way that scripts get loaded when using an eRx barcode on the bottom of printed prescriptions. Cheers

Option for E-scripts that lost in the cloud
We have trouble when one of our repeat dispensed previously that lost in cloud which FRED unable to locate. Currently there is no option but to cancel the dispensed script and re-dispense. But this is causing problem in terms of dispensing record and SafetyNet. We need better alternative option.

Option to remove step to "Enter Basket ID"
Basket ID should be automatically generated based on chronology like hospitality POS queuing (example below).
10.30am - Basket ID 1
10.32am - Basket ID 2
11.00am - Basket ID 3I don't see any pharmacy-specific reason to manually enter a basket ID unless individual pharmacy's policy dictates this.
1 voteHi Ash,
Thanks for the idea. We’ll be keen to hear from more pharmacies around this

Seperate basket items to new basket
If a basket is created with multiple items but for example one drug is OOS it would be great to be able to seperate that item(s) so that one basket can be colected now but the other can be colected tomorow when the stock comes in.

etoken repeat to medadvisor printing not required
etoken with repeats when integrated to medadvisor. If repeat it goes to medadvisor however fred dispense requires print or sms reqardless. Unnecessary print
2 votesHi
Fred Dispense is following the conformance requirements from the government. Which requires repeats be returned to the customer either as a SMS, Email or printed token. We’re unaware of any alternative workflow, can you please provide more information about this -
Allow us to press Escape to exit the image of the script in medview flow
Allow us to press Escape or click away from the image, to exit the image of the script in medview flow
It's faster than having to click the X in the top right

How about new eTokens waiting collection at the top of the list and the older ones awaiting collection drop down.?
All newer scripts waiting to be collected are at the top of the list and the older ones drop down .
With increasing number of eRxs most people are waiting. It is easier to find ( the search box is excellent too)4 votesHi during user feedback, the current design was the most accepted but we’re happy to review this when there are more votes or feedback

Ability to flag a script as Owing Mark off
Some patients drop off scripts that they've owed us from previous dispensings. Can we have a way to flag these scripts as an Owing Mark off in Flow so we know the patient is not requesting another supply

Repeat Interval not appearing on Script Image
When dispensing a script that has an entered repeat interval the interval isn't appearing on the virtual script image despite being on the script information in Medview. As dispensing and checking is done off the virtual script image it would be handy to have this interval appear on the virtual image
8 votesThanks for your idea, this is already in our backlog to update the virtual image for all information that currently appears in the data structure.

Confirmation patient has received repeat token.
Currently we cant confirm patient has received repeat. In fact had an instance that it didnt work and we didnt know. A notification icon that patient has received would be very useful.

Medview Flow compatibility with a phone in dark mode
Is it possible (or should we already be able) to get Medview Flow to recognise a QR code from a phone that is in dark mode. We have one customer with his phone in dark mode and neither our scanner or laptop camera will recognise his QR codes. They work perfectly when typed in and customer is not willing to change out of dark mode.
