Make Checking configurable

Can we have a configurable option to automate baskets moving from Queue to Out when all scripts in the basket have been dispensed. We don't really use Checking

    Why is there a checking page when all the information should be transported straight into fred ? Its just not making sense

    Ability to skip CHECKING column and basket goes straight to OUT
