keyboard shortcuts
eg. when you press "enter" after creating a basket number it would be good if that did the same thing as clicking "confirm", rather than just taking you out of the screen (and cancelling the change to the basket number).

Ability to search FD+ db patients when queueing a manual/paper script
When adding manual (paper scripts with no barcode) in Scripts In, you should be able to search the FD+ patient database and pull up existing details. Then when queueing script in FD+ > the patient pre-populates. The patient ID should also print as a barcode on the docket from MVF - so that the correct patient is selected when they collect their scripts.
Currently the patient name is manually entered for a paper script at Scripts In, but as this is not linked to the actual patient in FD+ there is double handling and room for error.1 vote -
Medview Paperless - Link script number to scanned script
Currently we cannot look up a script based on the script number and can only look up based the PBS Serial number (G,C, UCP followed by the number) on Medview Paperless. This is especially an issue if we would like to view a private script as the only way to view the script is to look back to the date it was scanned in and scroll through all of them. Linking the script number to the scanned script would be a lot faster and is available on other script scanning software.

Double handling of marking as dispensed and checked in both Fred dispense + and medview flow
Its time consuming to have to 'check the script' in two places (Fred plus final check and MDF). Can this be automated or a widget exist within Fred to save having to change windows and search for the basket in MDF?

What's App ordering
Is there a lag for items showing up with the What's app bot for patients to order? We are currently trialing this with staff and scripts showing in MySL are not all showing in the What's App chat.

Option for E-scripts that lost in the cloud
We have trouble when one of our repeat dispensed previously that lost in cloud which FRED unable to locate. Currently there is no option but to cancel the dispensed script and re-dispense. But this is causing problem in terms of dispensing record and SafetyNet. We need better alternative option.

Option to remove step to "Enter Basket ID"
Basket ID should be automatically generated based on chronology like hospitality POS queuing (example below).
10.30am - Basket ID 1
10.32am - Basket ID 2
11.00am - Basket ID 3I don't see any pharmacy-specific reason to manually enter a basket ID unless individual pharmacy's policy dictates this.

Thanks for the idea. We’ll be keen to hear from more pharmacies around this

owner details
Please put the owner's details on the prescription image not the last dispensing pharmacist.
1 voteHi
The owner’s details are not legally required to be part of the electronic prescription message and therefore the owner’s details are not part of the electronic prescription image in Flow. Is there any reason you’re requesting the owner’s details here? -
order list of patients
2 suggestions -
It would be good if the list of patients could be orderable by different options (ie surname, date of dispensing etc) so that it would be easier to move them to the next step en masse.
Also, if there was a check box to move a number scripts to the next step at once if this step was missed at dispensing or collection1 voteHi there’s an item in our backlog around reordering baskets in the queue which may help address this issue. This idea will be updated to released once we complete this in a future update

Variable time out for log in
Is it possible to set Medview flow to time out after a set time period so that the 5 active users are more easily available to more computers. Eg. The regularly used dispensing computers may be set to a long time-out period whereas someone using a phone app may only need access intermittently, so it would be set to a short time-out period so that user would be available quickly for others to use if the need arose?
