Ability to bypass FLOW post-dispense processes for specifc groups of patients.
We are finding that eScripts we dispense for our Dose Admin Aid patients [community and ACF] are "clogging up" the Checking and, subsequently, Out columns of FLOW. These scripts do not get handled by Front-of-shop staff. The post-dispense checking processes occurs through the packing system by packing staff and packing program. Could a system be implemented within FRED-FLOW integration such that scripts dispensed for patients flagged as being in specific N.Home/Hosp bypass FLOW's post-dispensing Checking and Out processing? This would make the lists shorter and easier to navigate and avoid tasking a team member with having to go through the…

Option for E-scripts that lost in the cloud
We have trouble when one of our repeat dispensed previously that lost in cloud which FRED unable to locate. Currently there is no option but to cancel the dispensed script and re-dispense. But this is causing problem in terms of dispensing record and SafetyNet. We need better alternative option.

Option to remove step to "Enter Basket ID"
Basket ID should be automatically generated based on chronology like hospitality POS queuing (example below).
10.30am - Basket ID 1
10.32am - Basket ID 2
11.00am - Basket ID 3I don't see any pharmacy-specific reason to manually enter a basket ID unless individual pharmacy's policy dictates this.
1 voteHi Ash,
Thanks for the idea. We’ll be keen to hear from more pharmacies around this

Buttons instead of links in Medview
The links (HOME, IN, OUT, QUEUE etc) would be less tiresome to seek and click if they were buttons instead of plain text links. Ideally best practice like the Hover state buttons in Fred Dispense.
2 votesHi Ash thank you for your feedback
We’re continuously seeking feedback around the user experience and accessibility in MedView Flow. We’ll take your suggestion into consideration for future design updates

MySl printout for patients of scripts left in MySl
Patients always ask if they need any scripts. It would be fantastic if we could print out all of the scripts listed in the MySl for a patient and then they could take that to their doctor to discuss future scripts required.

MySl and paper scripts - a way for paper scripts to be marked as required
When a patient has both e-scripts and paper scripts, medview flow should enable the assistants to indicate what paper scripts are also required. Currently we can only mark the e-scripts as required and the notes function does not appear in the FRED window, so the staff are resorting to writing down what other paper scripts are required.

Improve "IN" button size
Can the clickable button area be increased in the both the top (blue) menu and the 'home' section? Just a minor tweak, but the amount of times I've mis-clicked the "IN" button is becoming a little annoying.
Perhaps "HOME", "IN" etc could all be the same clickable size2 votesHi thank you for your feedback, we’ll review the design

check
A way to check the eScript inside fred dispense that will automatically update on the website. The dispense flow can be inefficient changing back and forth between the dispense window and medview on different computers. Or the ability to have medview as an overlay in fed dispense so you can click and take you right there instead of going through all browser windows
6 votesHi
We have a feature called FinalCheck that is only available in Fred NXT Dispense which shows the ePrescription details and records that the final check has been carried out by a Pharmacist. In the future this will also mark an ePrescription as checked in MedView Flow. Please see http://webhelp.fred.com.au/nxt/Dispense/final-check.htm

etoken repeat to medadvisor printing not required
etoken with repeats when integrated to medadvisor. If repeat it goes to medadvisor however fred dispense requires print or sms reqardless. Unnecessary print
2 votesHi
Fred Dispense is following the conformance requirements from the government. Which requires repeats be returned to the customer either as a SMS, Email or printed token. We’re unaware of any alternative workflow, can you please provide more information about this -
owner details
Please put the owner's details on the prescription image not the last dispensing pharmacist.
1 voteHi
The owner’s details are not legally required to be part of the electronic prescription message and therefore the owner’s details are not part of the electronic prescription image in Flow. Is there any reason you’re requesting the owner’s details here? -
How about new eTokens waiting collection at the top of the list and the older ones awaiting collection drop down.?
All newer scripts waiting to be collected are at the top of the list and the older ones drop down .
With increasing number of eRxs most people are waiting. It is easier to find ( the search box is excellent too)4 votesHi during user feedback, the current design was the most accepted but we’re happy to review this when there are more votes or feedback

Provide a way to indicate the patient's preference for repeat at this stage
The pharmacist dispensing will need to know this info while dispensing an eScript with repeats. It should be identified and flagged at the script "IN" screen. With this info available in the correct format, it could presumably be parsed to the dispense program for appropriate action there as well.
4 votesHi Stephen,
To date we haven’t added this because we’re aware that it is automatically updated from the script in Dispense. But we do have an item in the backlog to set the repeat preference from Script In, in case the patient has a change of mind from what was on the original script -
Confirmation of prescription receipt
Customer to confirm they have received the prescription - some customers may receive their prescription but then return stating they haven't received it (whether due to dementia or being dodgy) - to have proof that we have supplied and the customer has left with the script would be helpful .....

order list of patients
2 suggestions -
It would be good if the list of patients could be orderable by different options (ie surname, date of dispensing etc) so that it would be easier to move them to the next step en masse.
Also, if there was a check box to move a number scripts to the next step at once if this step was missed at dispensing or collection1 voteHi there’s an item in our backlog around reordering baskets in the queue which may help address this issue. This idea will be updated to released once we complete this in a future update

Confirmation patient has received repeat token.
Currently we cant confirm patient has received repeat. In fact had an instance that it didnt work and we didnt know. A notification icon that patient has received would be very useful.

Medview Flow compatibility with a phone in dark mode
Is it possible (or should we already be able) to get Medview Flow to recognise a QR code from a phone that is in dark mode. We have one customer with his phone in dark mode and neither our scanner or laptop camera will recognise his QR codes. They work perfectly when typed in and customer is not willing to change out of dark mode.

Search function that works across all status'
On the Home page, have a search function that will extend across all steps of the flow.
If I want to find where in Medview Flow a customers script is up to, I need to go to Queue, Checking, Out, & Done and search within each step individually until I find a match.
Would be good to have an area to type in a name or basket number and automatically find it across all states.

Add Paperless QR code to the sticker that you stick to patient/pharmacist copy for DDA's so you can scan DDA's copies as well. This will allow for the script to be easily looked for if you get asked by the Drugs of Dependance Unit for a pharmacist/patient copy of the prescription.

Out
Can POS providers integrate the l "OUT" with till sales function into their POS to reduce this extra step? Seems like alot of work once eScript becomes popular.
5 votesHi Thanh, this is on the roadmap and MedView Flow has the ability to do this for all POS providers. Fred will make this available for it’s POS. For other POS vendors we recommend that you contact them regarding this integration
