Done scripts not showing information included in claim labels (rx number, claim number, who dispensed it etc. )
Done scripts not showing information included in claim labels (rx number, claim number, claim period, who dispensed it etc. )
would be great if we can locate the dispensing record based on script number like we do on Fred dispense. At the moment we can only locate script dispense record based on date, basket number and name.
3 votesThank you for your idea. This is not currently in our roadmap but we’re happy to take more feedback on this as we continue to develop the product

Variable time out for log in
Is it possible to set Medview flow to time out after a set time period so that the 5 active users are more easily available to more computers. Eg. The regularly used dispensing computers may be set to a long time-out period whereas someone using a phone app may only need access intermittently, so it would be set to a short time-out period so that user would be available quickly for others to use if the need arose?

Integrate MedView Flow with Quantum for batch claiming MPS sachet scripts
We need to be able to integrate Medview Flow with Quantum MPS dispensing for batch claiming DAA scripts. Currently we cannot defer in new escripts so there is no way for Quantum to pick them up for us to dispense when due.
Also MPS can't tell us if Quantum is going to be able to pick up repeat escripts when they are due to be redispensed.12 votesHi Robyn, this is in our backlog and we’re currently engaged and working with vendors in this space. In the short term, onboarding your community packing patients into ASL will help streamline this process. Please see our ePrescriptions FAQs for more details: https://www.fred.com.au/what-we-do/eprescriptions/eprescription-webinar-questions/

next script queues automatically once first script is completed
Where there are multiple prescriptions for a patient, it would be great if subsequent prescriptions could be transferred to FRED by hitting 'enter' at the edit script screen. ie - the same way that scripts get loaded when using an eRx barcode on the bottom of printed prescriptions. Cheers

Locking the Medview flow login
Locking the MedView Flow login for 30 minutes after 5 attempts is problematic. If a patient comes in with an eScript, but we can't even enter it into the system for an additional 30 minutes a big problem is created.
Could some other warning or alert be issued instead?
12 votesHi Michael, this is a security function and we’re currently working on improving this. Thanks for the feedback

Allow us to press Escape to exit the image of the script in medview flow
Allow us to press Escape or click away from the image, to exit the image of the script in medview flow
It's faster than having to click the X in the top right

Use OUT column as final check
OUT column to be used as a final check before pharmacist hands scripts to patients. Would like to see the complete script details on the virtual images when in OUT as well as what brand has been dispensed. This is so that if the pharmacist who hands out the medication is different to the pharmacist who dispensed it and did the initial check, they will have full visibility of all script details and be able to pick up dispensing mistakes.
5 votesThanks Tony, currently, the workflow for checking which brands was dispensed is done in the Dispense product. But we’re happy for any further feedback on this workflow

Repeat Interval not appearing on Script Image
When dispensing a script that has an entered repeat interval the interval isn't appearing on the virtual script image despite being on the script information in Medview. As dispensing and checking is done off the virtual script image it would be handy to have this interval appear on the virtual image
9 votesThanks for your idea, this is already in our backlog to update the virtual image for all information that currently appears in the data structure.

Ability to edit basket number
We have all our baskets numbered with shelving to match for pick up but would like to be able to move them into drawers for storage if they aren't picked up within a certain timeframe. Would like to be able to then edit the basket number to signify the item is now in a drawer rather than on the pick up shelf.

Seperate basket items to new basket
If a basket is created with multiple items but for example one drug is OOS it would be great to be able to seperate that item(s) so that one basket can be colected now but the other can be colected tomorow when the stock comes in.

Automate transition to "OUT"
Given the practice of scanning label to box, this action should push the Rx from checking to out. It might also offer a way to indicate not all items in the basket are checked. I know it migh need some thought as Flow works on a basket concept over individual Rx, but it has implications fo part supply or items owed to customers.
The more I think about this the more complex the development is (:|}3 votesHi Eddie,
It sounds like what you’re asking for is a link between the checking processes in Dispense and Flow. This is complex with many different scenarios so we’ll need to do further analysis on this -
pinting dockets
At the moment with a mix of eR and papaer Rx i twould be good to have the ability to have the basket ID print the way we have configured our Fred Rx In terminal to print a "docket" when the patient is selected. Additionally, the numbe of items in the basket.
There will be some time before we are solely using a virtual queue, so perhaps a printed docket for an eRx would integrate into current practices well, too. In that circumstance scaning the prited docket might push the basket from the queue to the terminal for dispensing. If…20 votesHi Eddie, this feature is already in our backlog. New feature - Tablet Camera Configuration Options in Flow
A new feature that we're looking to release in future is configurable camera options for a tablet. The configurable options we are looking to implement include:
- Ability to switch between front/back camera
- Default camera settings
- Ability to switch the camera on/off
We're looking for any other feedback around this and welcome any new suggestions below10 votesThank you to all that voted. This idea is now in our backlog for a future update

Allow pharmacy to send a delivery confirmation date and time
For delivery customers, it would be great for an optional confirmation message to be sent back to the patient so that they know when the delivery will be coming. Rather than individually contacting each delivery patient.

Ability to edit/update notes in OUT
Can we enable editing of notes or adding new notes in OUT?
Example of where this could be useful: Full supply is not available for patient and therefore partial supply is collected first. If we were able to edit notes in OUT this information could be recorded and will be seen when the patient presents back in the pharmacy to collect the rest of the supply.

Notes entered in IN should have more visibility in QUEUE so that they are not missed by the dispenser
Can we please make notes in QUEUE have more visibility e.g. larger font/bold font so that the dispenser does not miss this section?
