Image and data to Paperless claim
Currently the claim numbers in paperless which link the FRED claim data to the images and QR codes you have scanned for the paperless claim, do NOT include the (ironically) paperless scripts. This makes a lot of "missing" scripts that have to be manually searched for and reconciled - defeating the purpose of the paperless claim. This would also at least give us an image of the script as well if it stored the image there.

"Defer in" eScripts, particularly for DAA and ACF patients.
We are now receiving many emailed eScript tokens for DAA and ACF patients for scripts that are for future use. At the moment, the only way to identify who a patient [and hence what needs to be done with the script] is to process the token into Flow [half the computer work is now done]. It would be good to now "dispense" the script into FRED but defer it and produce the appropriate deferred repeat form [presumably with a new token?]. Other systems that may "interrogate" FRED data [eg DAA programmes, MedAdvisor, PlusOne] would also know that a script exists…
9 votesThanks for your feedback, we are pleased to inform you that this feature has been released with the February Fred Dispense and Fred Connect Updates.

Deferring scripts for on file
Can we defer a script brought in to add to our in store filing instead of the customer keeping it until they need and have to go searching through their phones?
13 votesHappy to inform that the February 2021 Fred Dispense release will contain a new function enabling Deferral of ePrescriptions. Please review Fred Dispense when you have updated to their Feb version for more details.

Looking back through completed baskets
I cannot see once you have marked them as collected how you can go back and find these baskets. This is really important to be able to search for previous baskets for those that query their medication and instructions provided and for us to follow up on incidents and to improve quality and safety. - Susan Randall, Pharmacy Services Manager - UFS Pharmacies
25 votesThank you for all the votes! This feature is now released. Please make sure to mark all of your baskets in Out as Collected. Baskets will then appear in Done

Bulk movement of scripts from checking and out.
It is a waste of time to have to individually take the scripts from checked and out. There should be an ability to select multiple patients and move them to the done column.

Improving reliability
Can we make it so we don't get yelled at on account on the abysmal reliability of this system?
1 voteHi Matt,
We have completed the work that has addressed these performance issues. Please let us know if there are any other problems

Display actual first name instead of 'Patient 1'
When taking a script in, it would be good if the actual patient's first name was displayed instead of the current generic values (Patient 1) so that it is easier to find when you have multiple patients in one basket
9 votesThank you for all the votes on this idea. To better identify the Patient at Scripts In, we have updated Flow to show the initial of the Patient’s Firstname followed by the Surname

Automatically Move Script To Checking Once Dispensed
When you dispense a script it update the item in Flow under queue to show dispensed. But then you still have to click on 'Mark as Dispensed' to move it out of the queue into checking.
Can this be automated? So when a script is dispense it auto moves to checking.
6 votesGreat news! The functionality to automate baskets moving from Queue to Checking has now been released and is available in Flow. Once all scripts are processed in the Dispense System, Flow will automatically move the basket to Checking for you

how to update patient's profile
How can we check that patient's details on the MV Portal (eg health care card number and phone number) match Fred Dispense, without going into Fred Dispense? To save double handling when we know Fred Dispense already has most up to date info for our patients.
4 votesHi, this workflow has been solved as part of the Patient search and MySL feature in MedView Flow

Ability to submit orders to Pharmacy using MedView Flow via a Patient app
