Deferring scripts for on file
Can we defer a script brought in to add to our in store filing instead of the customer keeping it until they need and have to go searching through their phones?

Happy to inform that the February 2021 Fred Dispense release will contain a new function enabling Deferral of ePrescriptions. Please review Fred Dispense when you have updated to their Feb version for more details.

This is essential! Especially for our webster pack patients and those that keep their scripts on file for later use. They may need or owe 1 script and want to file others after seeing the doctor for use in a week or two time based on SN20 day rules.

I have tried, NO!!! you can't which is pretty annoying as patients want us to keep their scripts

I think this is a needed suggestion! if it was displayed as a new searchable area this would be perfect.
Alternativly a way to print the e-script off to put in the customers file with the rest of their physical scripts.
