  1. In the Paperless portal, easily find privately dispensed scripts by using the script number as it has no claim/serial number.

Currently, the only way we can find them is to figure out exactly what date they were scanned, which also proves to be a difficult task.

being able to search by script number would be an entirely better system as every single script, regardless of category, will be assigned a number. This is a system that is already employed by your competitors like ScriptArc from Corum.

  2. At the moment with a mix of eR and papaer Rx i twould be good to have the ability to have the basket ID print the way we have configured our Fred Rx In terminal to print a "docket" when the patient is selected. Additionally, the numbe of items in the basket.
There will be some time before we are solely using a virtual queue, so perhaps a printed docket for an eRx would integrate into current practices well, too. In that circumstance scaning the prited docket might push the basket from the queue to the terminal for dispensing. If…

Hi Eddie, this feature is already in our backlog. We will keep you updated on the progress of this

  3. We need to be able to integrate Medview Flow with Quantum MPS dispensing for batch claiming DAA scripts. Currently we cannot defer in new escripts so there is no way for Quantum to pick them up for us to dispense when due.
Also MPS can't tell us if Quantum is going to be able to pick up repeat escripts when they are due to be redispensed.

  4. Where there are multiple prescriptions for a patient, it would be great if subsequent prescriptions could be transferred to FRED by hitting 'enter' at the edit script screen. ie - the same way that scripts get loaded when using an eRx barcode on the bottom of printed prescriptions. Cheers

  5. Allow us to press Escape or click away from the image, to exit the image of the script in medview flow

It's faster than having to click the X in the top right

  6. Some patients drop off scripts that they've owed us from previous dispensings. Can we have a way to flag these scripts as an Owing Mark off in Flow so we know the patient is not requesting another supply

  7. When dispensing a script that has an entered repeat interval the interval isn't appearing on the virtual script image despite being on the script information in Medview. As dispensing and checking is done off the virtual script image it would be handy to have this interval appear on the virtual image

Thanks for your idea, this is already in our backlog to update the virtual image for all information that currently appears in the data structure.

  8. The pharmacist dispensing will need to know this info while dispensing an eScript with repeats. It should be identified and flagged at the script "IN" screen. With this info available in the correct format, it could presumably be parsed to the dispense program for appropriate action there as well.

    Hi Stephen,
To date we haven’t added this because we’re aware that it is automatically updated from the script in Dispense. But we do have an item in the backlog to set the repeat preference from Script In, in case the patient has a change of mind from what was on the original script

  9. Can POS providers integrate the l "OUT" with till sales function into their POS to reduce this extra step? Seems like alot of work once eScript becomes popular.

Hi Thanh, this is on the roadmap and MedView Flow has the ability to do this for all POS providers. Fred will make this available for it’s POS. For other POS vendors we recommend that you contact them regarding this integration

  10. A new feature that we're looking to release in future is configurable camera options for a tablet. The configurable options we are looking to implement include:
    - Ability to switch between front/back camera
    - Default camera settings
    - Ability to switch the camera on/off
We're looking for any other feedback around this and welcome any new suggestions below

Thank you to all that voted. This idea is now in our backlog for a future update

  11. The ability to merge baskets.

For instance a patient brings in more prescriptions after seeing a doctor, or if husband and wife drop in medications seperately but they will all be collected together.

Hi, we will implement functionality to allow you to add prescriptions to an existing basket

  12. An integration with Fred's POS would be useful so that we don't have to manually mark the basket as collected once it's been sold

  13. Once a basket is added to the 'In' queue, you cannot add another script without creating a whole new basket. It would be good to add an edit function for the situation where a patient wants additional scripts after the pharmacy has saved the basket.

Great idea Diane, we have reviewed this idea and have added it to the backlog

  17. For delivery customers, it would be great for an optional confirmation message to be sent back to the patient so that they know when the delivery will be coming. Rather than individually contacting each delivery patient.

Hi Elliott, this has been accepted in our backlog for future development

  19. Can we enable editing of notes or adding new notes in OUT?

Example of where this could be useful: Full supply is not available for patient and therefore partial supply is collected first. If we were able to edit notes in OUT this information could be recorded and will be seen when the patient presents back in the pharmacy to collect the rest of the supply.

  20. Can we please make notes in QUEUE have more visibility e.g. larger font/bold font so that the dispenser does not miss this section?
