  1. Pharmacy Feedback
As scripts are now emailed across from the doctors, it would be handy to be able to bypass medview flow and copy the QR code and paste straight into Fred Dispense Classic.
The ctrl+v brings up VPE report.
Can we have this changed to allow a paste functionality instead?

    Thanks,

Thank you for your feedback. This idea is applicable to Fred classic and we have passed it onto  the Fred classic product team for review and consideration.

Our representative reached out to this pharmacy and this use case is no longer applicable for the particular pharmacy.

  3. -sometimes dr issues paper script and token for same item on same day > both appear in MySL

This is the drs mistake - however pharmacist are penalised if they do not pick up that 2 scripts exist for same item issued same day > therefore only 1 is valid

MySL needs to have the ability to flag/highlight scripts with duplicate prescribed date and drug as this will help pharmacists detect when the dr has issues a paper and escript (or other scenarios which product a duplicate record).

Alternatively, if pharmacists could add notes or flags to duplicate records they…

Thank you for the feedback, In order to adhere to the conformance and regulatory requirements, we cannot just flag a duplicate script in MySL. Instead, the pharmacist needs to co-ordinate with the prescriber to cancel one of the scripts.

  4. SMS or email registration for MySL is not appropriate or available to all patients. Not everyone has a mobile of email. I know that there is carer registration available as well, but that can also be problematic. Why can't we have an "old fashioned", printable consent form for patients to sign. We would obviously have to keep this form or Scan and submit.

We understand the use case behind the request but unfortunately the government regulation does not allow pen and paper consent and requires patient digital consent. As you have identified, carer registration can be an option in such scenarios.

  5. Ability to send the registration link for my script list in bulk to all patients rather than one by one.

Hi Bri, annotations or notes cannot legally be added to a script unless the script is dispensed. The current workflow only allows a Pharmacist to annotate a script that the Pharmacist is involved in.

Hi everyone, we have released embedded MedView Flow which notifies of any new scripts. We will not implement a notification bubble in MedView Flow at this time.
