MySL - ability to add notes or flags to duplicate script records in MySL
-sometimes dr issues paper script and token for same item on same day > both appear in MySL
This is the drs mistake - however pharmacist are penalised if they do not pick up that 2 scripts exist for same item issued same day > therefore only 1 is valid
MySL needs to have the ability to flag/highlight scripts with duplicate prescribed date and drug as this will help pharmacists detect when the dr has issues a paper and escript (or other scenarios which product a duplicate record).
Alternatively, if pharmacists could add notes or flags to duplicate records they find - they could possibly manage this themselves.

Thank you for the feedback, In order to adhere to the conformance and regulatory requirements, we cannot just flag a duplicate script in MySL. Instead, the pharmacist needs to co-ordinate with the prescriber to cancel one of the scripts.
