MySL "pen and paper" registration.
SMS or email registration for MySL is not appropriate or available to all patients. Not everyone has a mobile of email. I know that there is carer registration available as well, but that can also be problematic. Why can't we have an "old fashioned", printable consent form for patients to sign. We would obviously have to keep this form or Scan and submit.

We understand the use case behind the request but unfortunately the government regulation does not allow pen and paper consent and requires patient digital consent. As you have identified, carer registration can be an option in such scenarios.
