Printing paper token on supplied A5 repeat paper
Ability to print paper token on PBS supplied A5 repeat paper. Would allow for better work flow and uniformity for patients that want paper tokens

Instead of using A4 paper for token printing, use the A5 repeat forms, they fit better into our filing systems and the government supplies the paper

Site has some patient living in caravan park and don't use mobile phones. Site receives etoken from doctors by email.
Site would like print etoken on A5 instead of A4.Carolina Siufi - Warren Pharmacy

Surely some of this resposibility lies with the prescriber - my understanding is that patients should have a choice of paper Rx or token. We seem to have a situation where prescribers are making blanket decisions on whether their patients should have tokens.

Totally agree with this idea - at the moment most patients don't want the token on their phone and having to present to the pharmacy to scan it. Esp if they are not tech savvy and will not use prescription ordering apps. We are printing most tokens after the initial scan in and keeping on file. Defeats the ''paperless' intention. We are also seeing customers circulating with the paper tokens to scan when the token is lost off their phone......

I also would like this feature - all the customers who usually leave their repeats on file are opting for paper repeats as they want everything left here.

I also would like the A5 Option as MOST of our customers request the Paper repeat. Is the Paper Repeat we print out a legal document in the real world. Why is that different to one printed on our current PBS Repeat form. We still need to scan that Paper ERX into flow to dispense. Who wants to keep a text message saved for 1 month then being able to retrieve that when required. What about if we printed it on reversed A% Repeat form would that constitute a legal. This would be good...as some patients prefer seeing their repeats in paper rather than in their phone especially the older ones. please make this possible
