keyboard shortcuts
eg. when you press "enter" after creating a basket number it would be good if that did the same thing as clicking "confirm", rather than just taking you out of the screen (and cancelling the change to the basket number).

order list of patients

It would be good if the list of patients could be orderable by different options (ie surname, date of dispensing etc) so that it would be easier to move them to the next step en masse.
Also, if there was a check box to move a number scripts to the next step at once if this step was missed at dispensing or collection1 voteHi there’s an item in our backlog around reordering baskets in the queue which may help address this issue. This idea will be updated to released once we complete this in a future update
