Schedule 8 scripts still appearing on mySL but they are expired
Hi can you guys please look into having a function on MySL that states a schedule 8 script (e.g. Targin) cannot be dispensed as it is expired?
Schedule 8 scripts only have 6 month expiry from date of prescribing.

Search bar to input medication names 'filter'.
This would enable more targeted search of existing medications on a persons MySL especially if that person has multiple meds/pages of meds/paper rx.2 votes -

Date of prescribing
Can we consider sorting script via date of prescribing and drug? I see many MySL patients have older scripts go out of date because the newest ones are being used first because they're listed at the top?

S8 script viewing
When s8 script are deferred in the dispensing system they no longer appear in mySL. I know we need the paper copy in the pharmacy to dispense which is fine but you should still be able to see that one is available and potentially when pharmacy it is at. Multiple times we check mySL and no scripts and then have to check our dispense software to see yes there is multiple rpts...

PRINT SUMMARY
There are many patients who may have electronic scripts (sometimes begrudgingly) who do not use 3rd party app and want a physical piece of paper. It would be great to have the ability to print out a one page 'summary' of available electronic scripts - with QR code of each current script next to it so patients knows number of valid scripts available...

Sorting of scripts in MySL using the Drug Name
Ability for scripts in mySL to be sorted using the drug name for better visibility of how many scripts exist for the same drug for the patient. If multiple scripts exist for the same drug, they may appear across multiple pages currently.

Invalid phone number
When attempting to register a customer to MySL, it will error if the phone number is not in a mobile number format. This is recognised in the backend, but the user gets a generic error message. Can this be improved to display the error of "Invalid mobile number"?

Simpler MySL Signup Process
It would be great if the MySL sign up process could be simpler and if MySL can be accessed without asking for consent for those customer who go to multiple pharmacies.

Ability to update patient details in MySL
Patients who have had a name change (eg surname changed after marriage) can be updated in dispense. However, there is no option to update this in MySL. The MySL profile still links to the dispense patient and there is no impact on functionality however name should match for accuracy.

Change email details still sends email request to old email
When trying to confirm request for access, if email details are changed, the request email is still sent to the old email address. We need to send the request again, then change details again, then resend.

pharmacist checking box
At the moment, if I check a prescription, I have to scroll to the bottom of al the information to enter my initials as the checking pharmacist. Is it possible to enter my initials where the "mark as checked" box is? Then I could check and enter my initials without having to scroll down the page. It would make it much quicker for us when checking scripts.
1 voteThank you for the feedback. The current design is based on the need for the user to review the information before entering the initials. Could you please let us know the device you are using so we can understand it better?
