checking on mobile app
Have a second tab/ option in the mobile app to allow pharmacists to check scripts on the tablet not just the ability to take scripts in. It means if the computers are all taken it will still allow pharmacists the ability to check and hand out scripts

Allowing the APP to edit/create basket numbers
Currently basket numbers can't be overridden when using the mobile APP, the basket numbers will be automatically generated. This function (create a basket number of your own) is available in the desktop version and would be extremely helpful when solely using a virtual Q.

Create MANUAL BASKET in the mobile APP
In the mobile APP you can only use this to queue eRx scripts whether they are paper scripts or electronic scripts. You can type in the SCID manually if the scan does not work, however there is no option to create a manual basket in the mobile APP.

Allow access to the front camera if possible
We've set up a cheap Samsung tablet on a stand for patients to scan in their own scripts with the medvjew flow app.
Is it possible to set an option to use an alternate camera such as the front? Not sure if it will have enough resolution to read a QR code or not.
There may be a solution inbuilt into the hardware but I have scoured settings and the internet to try to change the default camera but I couldn't find any answers.4 votesHi Matt,
Great idea we have an item in our backlog to address this in a future release -
Increase ease to open app without keying long complicated passwords
MedView Flow requires a strong password containing upper and lower case, numbers and/or symbols. These are very hard to type on a mobile device; very easy on a desktop browser with saved passwords.
Consider providing an easier authentication method.
Personal phones can store app passwords via biometrics but this is ineffective for an app that is designed for store use and multiple users.
2 votesHi Viet, thank you for your feedback we’re currently working on implementing passcode for Android and will notify you when this is ready. Biometrics is available currently on both Android and iPhone. Passcode is available for iPhone: http://webhelp.medview.com.au/pharmacy/help-topics/flow-in-scan.htm#phoneapp
