The prompt for repeat issued back should be a pre-fill button eg "I want it emailed" , "I want my repeat SMS'd" etc.

Repeat Details + preference: I would say at every instance in using the app, we are asking for patient phone number or email and typing this into the notes area.
This is annoying and costs us time.
I would suggest once QR is scanned, we go to the next step, on top of the notes, it would show existing email address / mobile number, and then all we need to do is confirm/update the details with the patient here, and radio select the desired repeat preference (text , email, print)
