  1. Check For Dispensed Rx in Queue

    Can we Please have a Recheck Tokens function in the Queue. Regularly the auto mark as dispensed and move basket to Checking stops working then you end up with dozens of items in the Queue that have already been Dispensed.
    Once the Tokens are rechecked any that have already been used should be flagged and given the options to Remove or move to the Checking Area.

    Thank you for your feedback. We are looking into the issue where the baskets are not auto-marked as Dispensed and address the root cause. Once that is done, we can review if this functionality is still required.

  2. Search function that works across all status'

    On the Home page, have a search function that will extend across all steps of the flow.

    If I want to find where in Medview Flow a customers script is up to, I need to go to Queue, Checking, Out, & Done and search within each step individually until I find a match.

    Would be good to have an area to type in a name or basket number and automatically find it across all states.
