Add a 'dispense now' option when adding a script to the queue
remove the need to hunt down a script in the queue if you're going to dispense it straight away

Display actual first name instead of 'Patient 1'
When taking a script in, it would be good if the actual patient's first name was displayed instead of the current generic values (Patient 1) so that it is easier to find when you have multiple patients in one basket
9 votesThank you for all the votes on this idea. To better identify the Patient at Scripts In, we have updated Flow to show the initial of the Patient’s Firstname followed by the Surname

how to update patient's profile
How can we check that patient's details on the MV Portal (eg health care card number and phone number) match Fred Dispense, without going into Fred Dispense? To save double handling when we know Fred Dispense already has most up to date info for our patients.
4 votesHi, this workflow has been solved as part of the Patient search and MySL feature in MedView Flow

Mutiple dipensings
Not sure how we would handle requests to dispense the item twice. Free text in the comments, but how do we process the repeat without adding to a new basket?

Deferring scripts for on file
Can we defer a script brought in to add to our in store filing instead of the customer keeping it until they need and have to go searching through their phones?

A "Back" button in the in tab
Can we please get a "Back" button on the scripts in tab after pressing the "process scripts" button, just so we can go back to add more scripts to the basket without cancelling off all the already scanned scripts.

Generic flag - more definitive
The generic tab is only "on" and when it is on the generic preferred title doesn't seem prominent enough. And if it is off, it doesn't prompt anything. It would be good to have a Dr prescribed, or any available option, rather than "generic" or no price premium. We currently have on our scripts in tickets - Same as previous. Whatever the option - make it more prominent (colour or font - not sure why I have trouble noticing it - maybe the blue isn't working for me)

Scripts In – Auto focus to most recently added Patient tab
At the moment it's hard to tell when I have scanned the next patient's script in a basket as it stays focused on the first patient tab. Can you auto-focus to the last scanned script for the additional patient that was added to the basket

Highlight the invalid barcode/token scanned for easy scan of next Script
When I've scanned an invalid barcode, I have to clear the field to scan a new one. It would be useful if the entire field was highlighted so I can keep scanning the next barcode or retry scanning the barcode
