When adding manual (paper scripts with no barcode) in Scripts In, you should be able to search the FD+ patient database and pull up existing details. Then when queueing script in FD+ > the patient pre-populates. The patient ID should also print as a barcode on the docket from MVF - so that the correct patient is selected when they collect their scripts.
Currently the patient name is manually entered for a paper script at Scripts In, but as this is not linked to the actual patient in FD+ there is double handling and room for error.
