  1. Ability to notify the prescriber via MySL of issues with script

    Additional functionality within MySL to be able to contact the prescriber via MySL to cancel/cease script. This will assist with incorrect strengths being prescribed and minimising the time it takes to call the doctor to advise of the error,.

    Thank you for your feedback. At this stage, communications between prescriber and pharmacist i is not a use case for MySL. We will continue to review and keep you posted if this gets prioritized. 

  2. Greater visibility of Bulk Script Upload response

    Greater visibility within the first MySL page to confirm whether the patient had responded to the bulk script upload. Currently checking via the toggle within Update Details Section.

    Thank you for your feedback. We have noticed that once our customers know how to resend the message to patients, they are fine with the process. We will continue to seek feedback from our users and if this continues to be a problem, address it.

  3. Would like to have MySL Shortcut added to Medview homepage or Dashboard

    Posting this idea on behalf of the pharmacist at Priceline Pharmacy Glebe Hill Village, would like to have a shortcut/ more visible icon for MySL on the Medview Flow Homepage.

    Thank you for your feedback.  The workflow is to search for a specific patient before seeing their MySL status. So, even with a MySL shortcut, the pharmacist will still need to search for a patient. Please let us know if you had a different workflow in mind.

  4. Make Multiple Page indicator more visible in MySL

    Additional feature to indicate there are multiple pages of scripts on the patients mySL, such as "Next Page" writing, or "Page 1 of 2, 3," etc. as sometimes it is missed that the patient has multiple pages of scripts.

    Thank you for your feedback. This was raised during the initial MySL roll-out and doesn't seem to be an issue anymore.
