  1. The notes to send scripts to a pharmacy state:

    1. Press Copy Token.
    2. Close your browser, then open your Messages.
    3. Select New Message.
    4. In To: enter the mobile number 0497 80 10 90.
    5. In the text field, tap once and press Paste.
    6. Tap to Send

It would be good to just be able to forward the ePrescription message rather than the copy and paste method.

Try this instead  ·  Tamia responded

Hi unfortunately there is no way to retrieve a script, it will need to be resubmitted by the Patient

  3. There are way too many steps in using MPC. To have to explain to patients that they need to copy the token and then paste it into a new message rather than forwarding it seems counter intuitive. The instruction PDF is several pages long. We need to be able to hand out or display a single A4 page that clearly explains the steps required to send the e-script to their pharmacy. If you don't get the communication side of it right then you may as well forget it.

  4. Can we enable each store to "purchase a mobile number or email address so that when patients send the eScript token to this mobile number or email address, it will go straight to that pharmacy (a webform containing details of 1 pharmacy only) rather than having 1 mobile number for ALL pharmacies and the patinet having to select a pharmacy through the web form.
