  1. In the Paperless portal, easily find privately dispensed scripts by using the script number as it has no claim/serial number.

Currently, the only way we can find them is to figure out exactly what date they were scanned, which also proves to be a difficult task.

being able to search by script number would be an entirely better system as every single script, regardless of category, will be assigned a number. This is a system that is already employed by your competitors like ScriptArc from Corum.

  2. We need to be able to integrate Medview Flow with Quantum MPS dispensing for batch claiming DAA scripts. Currently we cannot defer in new escripts so there is no way for Quantum to pick them up for us to dispense when due.
Also MPS can't tell us if Quantum is going to be able to pick up repeat escripts when they are due to be redispensed.

  3. Where there are multiple prescriptions for a patient, it would be great if subsequent prescriptions could be transferred to FRED by hitting 'enter' at the edit script screen. ie - the same way that scripts get loaded when using an eRx barcode on the bottom of printed prescriptions. Cheers

  4. Allow us to press Escape or click away from the image, to exit the image of the script in medview flow

It's faster than having to click the X in the top right

  5. eg. when you press "enter" after creating a basket number it would be good if that did the same thing as clicking "confirm", rather than just taking you out of the screen (and cancelling the change to the basket number).

Thank you for this idea we have reviewed it and added it to the backlog to be developed for a future update

  6. An integration with Fred's POS would be useful so that we don't have to manually mark the basket as collected once it's been sold
