  1. Repeat Interval not appearing on Script Image

    When dispensing a script that has an entered repeat interval the interval isn't appearing on the virtual script image despite being on the script information in Medview. As dispensing and checking is done off the virtual script image it would be handy to have this interval appear on the virtual image

    Thanks for your idea, this is already in our backlog to update the virtual image for all information that currently appears in the data structure.

  2. Notes entered in IN should have more visibility in QUEUE so that they are not missed by the dispenser

    Can we please make notes in QUEUE have more visibility e.g. larger font/bold font so that the dispenser does not miss this section?

    Hi Diane,
    Great idea, we have added this to our backlog to be developed for a future update

  3. Allow Pharmacists to unmark a script as deferred in Queue

    Sometimes the script has incorrectly been marked as 'Defer' we need a way to undo this when it arrives in Queue
